Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
U.S. Domestic Shipping
All U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands.
Expedited U.S. Shipping via UPS is available at checkout.
Shipping fee is calculated based on weight and destination.
Orders received by 11:00 AM PST Mon-Fri will be shipped on the same day.
Any orders after 11:00 AM PST will be shipped the next business day.
Holiday Shipping Policy
The holiday season is upon us, and we want to ensure you receive your True K-Beauty products in time for your celebrations! Please review our shipping and pickup deadlines to make sure your orders arrive before the holidays.
Shipping Deadlines
Ground Shipping (4-5 days): To guarantee delivery before the holidays, please place your orders by December 14th. The last day to use ground shipping for holiday orders is December 18th.
Priority Mail: Orders placed by December 17th using Priority Mail will arrive before Christmas. The last day for Priority Mail orders is December 19th. Please note, customers selecting this option will be paying for Priority Mail service at checkout.
Important Notes
To avoid delays, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Please understand that shipping carriers may experience delays, so order early to ensure your items arrive on time.
My package status is delivered, but I can't find it. Where is my package?
The letter carrier may have placed it in a safer location, including a mailbox, porch, or garage. Also, check with others in your house who may have accepted it. In rare cases, the package may show as ‘delivered,’ but it could take 24 hours.
If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time, a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
Returns
What is your return and refund policy?
We’re deeply sorry you are not happy with your new products.
Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 21 days of your order delivery date. Returned products must be new, unopened, and in original condition.
Any open items are not eligible for a refund. Please email us at hello@truekbeautystore.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return for shipping instructions. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number are not eligible for refund.
All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.
Within 7 days upon receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
In the case of items damaged during shipping, please SAVE THE PACKAGE & PACKING MATERIALS and email us immediately at hello@truekbeautystore.com.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us with your order number, an image of the damaged item, and the package in which your order was shipped. Our team will be happy to assist.
Please save the package and packing materials.
Orders
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is accepted, the True KBeauty Team will immediately start processing it to ensure prompt delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order after it has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your checkout.
If I am unable to change or cancel my order, can I exchange the product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on our products now.
How do I apply my discount code?
Discount code can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field. Once you hit “Apply,” the discount will automatically be deducted from your cart total, and you can continue using the payment method.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal.
Do you collect sales taxes?
Domestic sales tax will be collected by sales tax laws and regulations each state imposes. Sales tax, if any, will be shown under subtotal during checkout.
Can discount codes and offers be combined?
Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.
Product
Can I receive complimentary beauty samples?
Indeed, you will. Free samples are included with every purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept requests for additional samples. But do not fear; we periodically run promotions and sample offers, so be sure to sign up to receive email reminders/newsletters and follow us on Instagram to stay updated.
What are the product descriptions and ingredients?
Brands occasionally update product descriptions on packaging and formulas with updated ingredients. We practice diligence in reflecting these changes in our shop as soon as we can. However, if you see a discrepancy between what you see on our site and the product you received, please refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredients.

Most Korean beauty products are marked with a date of production.
Check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Open-by date
Unopened products usually have a shelf life of 2-5 years. Once opened, products are suitable for up to a year. Natural and organic products generally have a shorter shelf life, and information is listed on individual product pages.
