All U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Expedited U.S. Shipping via UPS is available at checkout.
• Shipping fee is calculated based on weight and destination.
• Orders received by 11:00 AM PST Mon-Fri will be shipped on the same day.
• Any orders after 11:00 AM PST will be shipped the next business day.

Holiday Shipping Policy

The holiday season is upon us, and we want to ensure you receive your True K-Beauty products in time for your celebrations! Please review our shipping and pickup deadlines to make sure your orders arrive before the holidays.

Shipping Deadlines

• Ground Shipping (4-5 days): To guarantee delivery before the holidays, please place your orders by December 14th. The last day to use ground shipping for holiday orders is December 18th.
• Priority Mail: Orders placed by December 17th using Priority Mail will arrive before Christmas. The last day for Priority Mail orders is December 19th. Please note, customers selecting this option will be paying for Priority Mail service at checkout.

• To avoid delays, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
• Please understand that shipping carriers may experience delays, so order early to ensure your items arrive on time.
